He looks huge.He said this "I know your Director,I will capture her soon".This means that Aunt Arctic is our Director (even if you know).

I think it's Dot because in the yearbook the Director's picture was a secret in Dot's picture not Aunt Arctic's. Plus the Director wears a suit and tie, and so does Dot (kinda). Also Dot is a master of disguise and can dress up and be whoever she wants to be.
